About Montgomery County Court Docket

Montgomery County court dockets are divided among the county Clerk, three active trial courts, and Indiana's statewide MyCase search. The former county and Crawfordsville city courts are abolished, which makes current routing especially important. This private reference resource brings the official portals, office details, and basic request paths together so readers can identify the right public custodian without treating a city office as a court-record desk.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana provides public access to many docket entries, but access depends on knowing the custodian. Sondra Dittmer Sixberry, Clerk of the Circuit Court, keeps the official files for Montgomery Circuit Court and Montgomery Superior Courts 1 and 2. Those courts schedule hearings and enter orders. Indiana MyCase presents public case summaries and available documents from Odyssey. This resource organizes those roles, contact details, case-number clues, and request channels while recognizing that confidential or excluded records remain unavailable to the public.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guidance: ways to read and search criminal and civil case histories in Montgomery County
  • Hearing information: steps for checking court dates and confirming a setting
  • Case lookup help: methods for using MyCase searches by name or case number
  • Copy requests: routes for obtaining court records and certified copies from the Clerk

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site, not an Indiana court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or complete case file
  • It cannot confirm, reset, or reschedule a court appearance
  • It cannot seal, remove, correct, or amend a docket entry
  • It cannot certify an order, filing, or court record
  • It does not provide legal advice about any case
  • It cannot promise that an office detail, fee, or setting has not changed

An official or certified Montgomery County court record must come from the county Clerk or the court that holds the case. A private reference resource cannot issue one.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. They operate their own services, choose their prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the resource. Their fees, matching methods, coverage, and data practices remain outside this site's control.
