A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. This site does not retain or log those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to answer and manage the correspondence. It remains within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law.

Official files remain with Sondra Dittmer Sixberry, Clerk of the Circuit Court, and the active Montgomery courts; Indiana MyCase supplies public electronic summaries. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its retention and disclosure practices, so review those terms before searching.
Links to Other Websites
Links may open county clerk pages, court portals, statewide lookup systems, legal-aid resources, or commercial search tools. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites and select targeted ads. This site does not operate that tracking.
